Waiver of Subrogation

A Waiver of Subrogation is a contractual provision whereby an insured waives the right of their insurance carrier to seek compensation for losses from a negligent third party. Typically, insurers charge an additional fee for a waiver of subrogation endorsement. Many construction contractors include a waiver of subrogation clause.

Professional Liablity Insurance

Professional Liability Insurance, often called errors and omissions insurance (E&O Insurance), protects your business if you are sued for negligently performing your service, even if you haven't made an error. It usually covers defense costs, alleged or actual negligence, and defamation claims. It does not cover employment matters, body injures, property damage, or claims false advertising.
